Mr.  Rahul Jain

Director – Sales & Digital Marketing

Rahul Jain has 12 years of comprehensive work experience in the areas of Corporate Sales, Business Development, Strategic Alliance, Start-up Operations, Product Launch & Management. Rahul Jain is very well connected with stake holders in the field of Higher Education & Training, SAP Education and Digital Marketing.

To name a few of his achievements, he has coordinated more than 500 Corporate Training assignments for leading corporates. In his past organizations, he led several projects as start-up like setting-up an SAP finishing school for internal SAP Resource Requirement, Development of a SAP community and Job Portal. He was instrumental in setting up Delphi School of Digital Marketing, Delphi School of Logistics and Supply Chain Management and Delphi School of Quality Management.

He has served leading organizations in various leadership roles. Before joining InnoServ, he was Director – Sales & Marketing, Delphi Computech Pvt Ltd, Pune and he has also served as Director of Corporate Business at Lithan Genovate.

Rahul is overall in charge of Sales for entire Business at InnoServ and is leading the foray of InnoServ’s Digital Marketing Consulting arm – InnoServ Digital.

Prof. P. J. Mathews, CMILT

P.J Mathews has twenty eight years experience in Corporate/ Senior Management positions in a service industry engaged in Shipping, Chartering, Freight Forwarding, Project Logistics Management and in Multimodal Transportation Operations in multinational and reputed Group of Companies in countries such as Canada, Saudi Arabia, India, and Sultanate of Oman and in UAE.

Has more than fifteen years experience in Corporate Training and in Consultancy activities.

Currently, works as an Adjunct Faculty in Dubai with several reputed Universities and institutions such as London School of Economics, University of Wollongong in Dubai, Herriot Watt, Dubai , IMT, Academic City, University of Bolton, RAK, XLRI Dubai Campus & Jamshedpur, teaching subjects such as Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Corporate Strategy, Strategic Operations &Service Operations Management, Total Quality Management and Human Resources Management and other related Management subjects.

Has been a Faculty Member and accredited Trainer in National Association of Freight Logistics (NAFL), Dubai since 2003.Has been a Faculty Member in Chartered Institute of Logistics & Transport International, Dubai and was the Professional Development Advisor to the Regional Manager for UAE & GCC Countries.

An MBA in Human Resources Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur, India. Has under gone professional training in Shipping, Chartering and Freight Forwarding in Canada and with Sea Trade Academy, Cambridge, U.K. Certified in International Quality Systems Auditing By water PLC, London. Has been a member of the International Toastmasters Club dedicated for Public Speaking and Leadership activities.

Mr. Ritesh Dhrangdharia

Head – Corporate Sales

Ritesh Dhrangdharia has more than 8 years of dynamic work experience in area of Business Development, Corporate Sales, Key Account Management, Corporate Training & Recruitment Delivery, Relationship Management & People Management.

He has closely worked with Big Corporate Giants and MNCs for their Corporate Training and Recruitment Requirements. Currently, he is connected with more than 6000 professionals, techies, experts and freelancers on various technologies and functionalities.

He has worked with NYSE listed sTec Inc. (Recently acquired by HGST – a Western Digital Company) and leading Talent Acquisition functions for Storage Domain. He has internalized Storage Domain and placed resources from IITs, IISCs, BITs and NITs from across nation for higher level role like Senior Manager, Sr. Principal Software Engineer, Sr. Architect, etc.

Mr. Nimil Tiwari

Head – University Alliance & Eduvercity

Nimil Tiwari has done his MBA in Marketing from Central Queensland University in Australia, which is ranked among the top 50 B-Schools across the globe. He has more than eight years of overall experience, his forte` lies in Business and New Service Development mainly in the field of Specialized and High-End, Career Oriented Education & Training Solutions (IT as well as non-IT) for Higher Education Sector (Universities and Colleges).

Nimil Tiwari has worked with Rai University, Net Business Solutions India Ltd., Lithan Genovate (SAP Education Partner), Head – University Business at Delphi Computech Pvt Ltd – SAP Education Partners. Nimil Tiwari was instrumental in setting up of Delphi School of Logistics and Supply Chain Management.

Intended to serve in Higher Education Segment and work towards developing industry required skills among young aspirants in Colleges and Universities, Nimil Tiwari has built his expertise in engaging and handling large, key accounts that have yielded consistent and long-term business output for the organizations where he has worked. He also has focus in the fields of Digital / Social Media Marketing Solutions, especially for Academia.
